01Can I buy 250 square metres?
Yes, on our Lagos site, 250 sqm is the minimum purchase there. Other locations have different minimums; check the relevant location page or ask your sales contact.
02What title does the property have?
Our Lagos and Ibadan site is sold with a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). Osogbo is sold under
Governor’s Consent. We’ll confirm the exact title in writing before you pay a deposit.
03Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. HazanaCity offers plans up to 12 months, ask your sales contact for the specific plan available to you.
04When can I begin construction?
This depends on your location and phase. Ask your sales contact for the current construction-ready timeline for your specific plot before you commit to build.
05What infrastructure is planned?
Each HazanaCity location has its own infrastructure plan — roads, power, water, and security — shown on the masterplan for that site. Ask to see it before you buy.
06Are there additional development fees?
Some locations carry infrastructure or service charge fees on top of the purchase price. Ask your sales contact for the full, itemised cost breakdown for your specific plot before you pay a deposit — we’d rather you know everything up front than be surprised later.
